Since Jitva Foundation is a registered non-profit organization, contributions and donations made online are generally non-refundable. However, if an inadvertent duplicate transaction occurs or a technical error happens during payment, donors can write to us within 3 working days at support@jitva.org with transaction proof for verification and eligible refunds.
