1. Preamble & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether as a student, trainee, individual donor, corporate CSR partner, or web visitor) and JITVA FOUNDATION, a licensed non-profit company incorporated under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India, having its corporate registered office at C/O SNO 102/2 Gopalpatti, Daradi Road, Manjari BK, Haveli, Pune, Maharashtra - 412307.

By accessing, browsing, registering on our platform, remitting donations, or enrolling in training programs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Institutional Nature & Section 8 Non-Profit Mandate

Jitva Foundation operates strictly as an institutional social welfare entity under Section 8(1) of the Companies Act, 2013. The Foundation is explicitly barred from distributing dividends or profits to its promoters or directors (Padum Kumar and Siyalal Gupta).

All monetary inflows—including corporate CSR allocations, voluntary contributions, and administrative fees—are strictly reinvested towards educational infrastructure, digital computer lab operations, and community batch welfare.

3. Pricing, Contributions & Refund / Cancellation Policy

Donations & Contributions: Since Jitva Foundation is a registered non-profit organization, contributions and donations made online via payment gateways are generally non-refundable.

Duplicate Transactions: If an inadvertent duplicate transaction or technical error occurs during online payment, donors must write to us within 3 working days at support@jitva.org with transaction proof. Valid claims will be verified and refunded through the original payment method within 7-10 working days.

4. Central Certificate Registry & Anti-Fraud Disclaimer

All credentials and employability certificates issued by Jitva Foundation are cryptographically cataloged on the Foundation’s verification database. Employers and institutions may verify credential validity at jitva.org/verify.

Any attempt to duplicate, alter, or forge certificates constitutes a criminal violation under applicable laws and will be reported to the cyber authorities.

5. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

While Jitva Foundation extends rigorous vocational training and support, the Foundation does not guarantee unconditional employment or government service appointments. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts situated in Pune, Maharashtra.
