1. Non-Refundable Nature of Voluntary Social Donations

As a licensed Section 8 Non-Profit organization (CIN: U88900PN2024NPL230405), Jitva Foundation deploys donor contributions directly into on-ground educational resources, free community labs, student printed materials, and trainer honorariums. Consequently, all voluntary general donations, institutional endowments, and individual financial contributions made through online payment gateways (PhonePe, UPI, Net Banking, or QR codes) are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable once successfully transacted.

2. Student Open Batch Voluntary Contribution

In accordance with our inclusive education model, voluntary contributions paid during Open Batch admissions are applied toward custom laminated student identity cards, syllabus workbooks, lab bandwidth, and QR-coded certificate issuance.

Once a student submits registration and the ID generation process initiates, the contribution is non-refundable. If a student is unable to attend the selected batch due to unavoidable reasons, Jitva Foundation will allow the student to transfer their enrollment to a future batch schedule within 90 days at zero extra fee.

3. Duplicate, Erroneous & Excess Payment Resolution

In rare instances where a technical glitch, server timeout, or duplicate gateway trigger results in multiple debits for a single transaction, the donor/student is fully protected under our Erroneous Transaction Redressal window:

4. Corporate CSR Grants & Contractual Tranche Protocols

Corporate CSR grant allocations are regulated by bilateral Memorandums of Understanding (MoU) and Schedule VII milestones. CSR project fund disbursements, stage-wise utilization certificates, and unspent grant treatment strictly adhere to the provisions of Section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013.
