Service & Training Delivery Policy

Training Center Guidelines, Attendance Thresholds & Certification Regulations

This policy outlines the operational guidelines, code of conduct, minimum attendance benchmarks, and evaluation criteria applicable to all students enrolled across Jitva Foundation training centers.

1. Mandatory 80% Attendance Benchmark

To ensure real learning outcomes and maintain rigorous CSR accountability, Jitva Foundation enforces a strict 80% minimum attendance threshold across all programs:

  • Women Digital Saksharta (30 Days Batch): Must complete at least 24 practical session days with signed/biometric attendance.
  • Youth Rozgar Program (60 Days Batch): Must log at least 48 days of computer lab classes and complete all practical lab assignments.
  • MSME Digital Udaan: Must complete all 3 on-site merchant digitization milestone audits.

Candidates falling below the 80% threshold without prior medical justification will not be eligible for final certificate issuance or placement drives.

2. Practical Evaluations & Certification Protocols

Certification is an earned credential, not an automatic handout. Upon course completion, trainees undergo a practical terminal assessment:

Evaluation Criteria:
  • Digital Saksharta: Live simulation test on creating a safe UPI QR payment, checking DBT bank balance, and identifying phishing messages.
  • Youth Rozgar: Timed Excel worksheet creation, VLOOKUP/formulas test, and computerized Tally ERP 9 ledger creation.
  • Grading Benchmark: Minimum 50% score required to achieve passing Grade (Grade B, A, or A+).

3. QR Code Cryptographic Registry System

Every genuine Jitva Foundation certificate is printed with a machine-readable QR code and serial number (e.g. JITVA/2026/001). Scanning this code instantly routes to the central verification server on jitva.org/verify to display the student's name, batch date, center location, and passing grade. Certificates without valid registry matches are deemed invalid.

4. Student Code of Conduct & Lab Ethics

Students attending training sessions at Gopalpatti / Daradi Road center or mobile lab units must uphold strict civic discipline:

  • Mandatory wearing of issued student ID cards during center hours.
  • Strict prohibition of unauthorized software installation, gaming, or visiting illicit websites on Foundation computer hardware.
  • Zero tolerance for harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior toward fellow trainees or instructional staff.

5. Placement Assistance & Employment Scope

For graduates of the Youth Rozgar program, Jitva Foundation provides mock interview prep, resume creation, and introductions to commercial enterprises in Hadapsar, Magarpatta, and Fursungi belts. Placement assistance is an earnest welfare effort and does not represent an unconditional legal employment contract.
